Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy combining the most effective components of Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT.
What to expect
This groundbreaking therapy unleashes powerful and permanent changes in a person because it gets to the root cause. RTT will give you freedom from emotional, psychological and physical issues by identifying, removing and reframing the beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are embedded deep in the subconscious, and which formed when you were a child.
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy and many other therapies, which can take 6-12 sessions or more, you will see significant changes after 1-3 sessions. Depending on the issue you may need further sessions but this is discussed as we go.
RTT helps issues around:
- Confidence and Self-Esteem
- Phobias and Fears
- Career – Money Blocks, Procrastination, Self-Sabotage, Imposter Syndrome
- Addictions – Smoking, Alcohol, Sugar, Gambling
- Performance Issues/Anxiety – Performance, Auditions, Exams, Interviews,
- Speaking, Sports, Sales
- Eating Disorders
- Relationship Problems
- Compulsive Behaviour & Self Harm
- Physical & Medical Illness – Pain Management, Cell Regeneration & Healing
Hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. You need to want to change, to be open, willing and motivated to achieve change via hypnosis.
It is not the cure all for success, you will still need to plan and work at it. It’ll just be easier without all that self doubt, sabotage and negative thought patterns. The work we do is a team effort. I do not have the answers, you do, and I have many tools and strategies for helping you to find them. This is what makes RTT so powerful.
Please note Whilst RTT is a powerful processes to help the mind and body with pain control and cellular healing what is done in RTT is not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified physician or health care provider.
If you are under medical care for a condition, please do not make adjustments to any prescribed medications without consulting your doctor first. If in any doubt, you should seek your GP’s advice.
Patients with medical conditions such as epilepsy or schizophrenia will need to get clearance from their doctor before undertaking a hypnotherapy session. We can do some of the work without going fully into hypnosis. In this situation we would need to have a discussion first.
How does it apply to a voice user?
Singers and professional voice users want to be confident, tension free and focused when they’re working. The mind is a tricky place to navigate at times. We constantly toggle between logical and emotional thoughts and reactions. In the end emotion will aways win.
Our thought patterns, behaviour and emotions are driven by our underlying beliefs about ourselves and how we fit into the world. These beliefs are laid down, for the most part, in childhood between 0 – 6 years of age, some are useful others are limiting. These beliefs then impact our actions, re actions and non actions for the rest of our lives unless we eliminate them.
Vocally this may present its self in the form of behavioural voice issues re lated to abuse, overuse, misuse may stem from a beliefs like, I must work harder, I’m not talented and change is difficult.
Bodily tension may be fuelled by beliefs such as, I need to be perfect and mistakes and failure are bad.
Beliefs such as I am not good enough, it is dangerous to be visible and I will be rejected are frequently at the root of Performance Anxiety.
Behaviour issues such as procrastination are fuelled by beliefs such as I’m not good enough, I am a failure, what I want is not available to me.
There are hundreds of limiting beliefs driving our behaviour, emotions and thought patterns, this is normal. What’s not so commonly understood is that we can eliminate limiting beliefs, quickly and permanently. I should know I’ve managed to eradicate over 150 of those nasty little blighters!
Who can benefit from Rapid Transformational Therapy?
Anyone, and of course singers and performers who feel they are being held back or suffering from health issues due to limiting beliefs, unruly thought patterns, irrational emotions or obstructive behaviour.
What happens in a Rapid Transformational Therapy session?
A session usually lasts around 90 minutes, no longer than 120 minutes. It can be done in-person or online.
Before the session:
You will need to fill in the In-Take form with your details, permissions, the issue at hand, other issues, desired outcome.
In the session:
Brief history: I’ll review your In-Take form and ask further questions if necessary. We generally don’t linger here too long as the best place for the real work is in the
Induction: I will guide you into hypnosis so we can access the subconscious mind and the root causes of the issue and how they link to the current issue
RTT tools: Using a variety of amazing tools I will help you regress to past events that caused today’s issue, recognise “It’s not me”, find the role or function of the issue, reframe thoughts and beliefs, replace any negative beliefs with positive ones, re programme your mindset and body to be optimal and healthy
Transformation: This is where I make a recording (~15 minutes) that you will use for the following 21-28 days to re-enforce the positive, empowering and healthy beliefs, behaviour and feelings that you want in your life.
Follow up: I will follow up with you by email or a call, over the three weeks following your session to see how you are going, what you are experiencing, what shifts have occurred and answer any questions.

I could not recommend Line highly enough to any professional artist. Whether you’re looking to unlock vocal freedom or using RTT to grow as a performer, Line is a gift to the industry.
I can highly recommend this form of therapy and, in particular, Line’s wonderfully gentle and yet direct approach. I felt comfortable, safe and supported throughout the process and I can honestly say that this has been a life changing experience for me. I cannot thank Line enough and, many months later, I am still feeling the benefits of having had this one- off session with Line.
I had some sessions with Line in relation to an issue I was looking to resolve but what came out in the sessions was that there was a core issue that I needed to deal with first, anxiety! I have been dealing with anxiety most of my life and have had both therapy and taken medication for it. It was at a level that I somewhat had it under control – or so I thought! After my sessions with Line and my follow up recording, I have noticed a significant difference in myself. I feel calmer, I can breath (no more tightness in my chest) and that negative feedback loop as stopped (or if it does come, I can stop it pretty quick). And all this through a global pandemic!
